Recover your denials
What We Do
Hospitals often experience a high number of claims that are held up by the bill scrubber due to National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) edits, other modifier needs, medical necessity code requirements, duplicate charges, missing procedures, missing dates/times, medically unlikely edits, etc. that are difficult and expensive to identify, and often result in denied charges.
ARMCO enables our clients to successfully address these issues, resulting in millions of dollars for the facility that was once written off. ARMCO researches the bill and associated medical record documentation, corrects the bill, resolves the error identified by the scrubber and reclaims lost revenue.
More Efficient Data Base
ARMCO currently supports the implementation of Epic at several large university settings by creating a historical data base for the client. ARMCO nurses review previous electronic records or scanned images of medical records and complete the documentation of the patient’s history in your EHR, including current lab values, ongoing medications, as well as the patient history.
This enables you to begin using the system immediately upon the patient's re-visit following system implementation without having to rely on the previous systems used, either paper or another electronic record.
Quality & Precise Coding
ARMCO’s full range of proven medical coding services ensures rapid turnaround, reduced backlogs, improved cash flow, streamlined coding operations, and reduction of non-compliance risk.
