BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Michael J. Kuziak

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, LAZ PARKING

Michael is a principal shareholder of LAZ Parking and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He joined LAZ Parking in 1981 as a valet parking attendant while earning a degree in finance and marketing at the University of Hartford. Michael is responsible for executing strategic growth initiatives that include operational expansions throughout the United States, business development, company acquisitions and systems integration. He also is a principal in LAZ Parking Realty Investors, the company’s real estate affiliate, and has been instrumental in the acquisition of successful parking assets and municipal parking concessions.

Greg Smith

PRINCIPAL, BLUE VISTA VENTURES

Greg began his career at the Nordstrom Corporation, eventually becoming the sales and marketing manager. He then moved on to Intertech Information Management, where he was the business development manager. After Intertech, Greg became the CEO of Advectis, Inc., which provides solutions for electronic document collaboration in the mortgage industry. Xerox Corporation acquired Advectis in 2007 and Greg stayed on as Vice President and General Manager of Xerox Mortgage Services. Greg holds a M.S. in International Business from the University of South Carolina – The Moore School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

 

Charlie Cumbaa

PAMLICO CAPITAL ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Charlie Cumbaa is currently a member of Pamlico Capital’s Advisory Board where he assists with evaluation and diligence of investment opportunities. He also serves as Chairman at Veson Nautical and Cartegraph and as an Independent Director at Personify, all Pamlico Capital portfolio companies. In addition, he is an investor and board member at ARMCO, a privately-held company that provides outsourced services in support of revenue cycle management in healthcare.

Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Corporate and Product Strategy at Blackbaud. During his tenure there, he also served as president of the Enterprise Customer Business Unit and led the company’s mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to Blackbaud, Charlie served as executive vice president of Intertech Information Management and president and chief executive officer of Cognitech, Inc., a software company he founded. Earlier in his career, he was employed by McKinsey & Company. Cumbaa holds a BS from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is actively involved in his community where until recently he served on the boards of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra and East Cooper Habitat for Humanity.

Jeff McQuillan

PRESIDENT, FOUNDER & CEO, ARMCO PARTNERS

Jeff is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He was a co-founder of eWebHealth which was the first company to offer remote coding technology and was subsequently purchased by ChartOne. In his most recent position as Senior Vice President at EGS, Jeff had responsibility for developing advanced offshore solutions and services for healthcare clients. He holds a degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of South Carolina.
